4. Schedule & Prep
If you accept the proposal, we will draw up a service agreement detailing the scope of work, timeline, and payment schedule. We will work with you to schedule the renovation work at a time that is convenient for you.
5. Build & Welcome Home
The final step is the construction phase, where the renovation work begins. Our team will work diligently to complete the project on time and within the agreed-upon budget. Once the renovation work is complete, we will conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure that everything meets your expectations and that you are satisfied with the work.
